OUTDOOR STRUCTURES
Our outdoor structures are custom built with top quality materials and fine craftsmanship. We’ll provide design and layout consultation along with a realistic and compelling 3-D drawing of your structure to be sure we’ve captured what you’re looking for. We will obtain all necessary permits, arrange for all needed services such as electricians, plumbers, and energy supply. Your outdoor living structure will be completed on schedule leaving your property clean, removing all construction debris so you can start enjoying your new structure right away!
KITCHEN, DINING & BAR AREAS
The days of simply grilling on the patio have evolved into an outdoor cooking and dining experience! Our custom built outdoor kitchens, grilling and dining areas give “dining alfresco” a whole new meaning. These outdoor areas can range from built-in barbeque grill areas to a fully equipped kitchen complete with one or more grills, counter tops, sinks, bars and storage cabinets. Dining areas can be an extension of your outdoor cooking area or a separate area all it’s own.
We’ll design an outdoor cooking, grilling, dining or bar area to fit your individual needs along with installation of appliances you wish to include. All appliances are stainless steel for durability in combating the elements and provide easy clean up.

PAVERS, STONES & STEPS
Paved stone creations are a great way to add comfort and atmosphere to your landscape while creating curb appeal and adding value to your home. Installation is much easier compared to laying traditional concrete, and replacement is even easier, ensuring that your hardscape investment is protected with minimal maintenance.

FIRE PITS & FIREPLACES
The outdoor fire pit or fireplace has transformed the concept of backyard enjoyment and entertaining. Homeowners understand how a fire pit can add value to their home and make their yard an inviting place to be on a summer evening or a chilly spring and autumn night.
Both fire pits and fireplaces can be created with stone or cement pavers which are extremely durable to the elements. The designs can be incorporated into landscapes, patios, pool areas, or stand alone. The choice is yours.
Fire pits and fireplaces can be made for traditional wood burning or natural and propane gas. A gas fire can be connected to an existing gas energy source (ex.home heat) or fueled separately with a propane tank, hidden within the fire pit or fireplace structure.
LANDSCAPING & LAWN
ET Landscaping Construction garden and lawn professionals will provide you with a landscape design based on your unique property needs and interests. We use only high-quality nursery stock, along with essential elements for soil preparation. Once the installation is complete, we finish off your garden beds with a bio-degradable mulch to covering to retain moisture and provide a clean finished look.
Hydroseeding
Hydroseeding is a planting process using a slurry of water, mulch, seed and fertilizer. The slurry is sprayed onto topsoil and transforms into a uniform lawn in a few weeks (depending on the season and climate). This process is successful because seed is nutrient rich and when combined with water, starts the germination cycle. The mulch seals in the moisture, and holds the soil in place. The application of hydroseeding is applied at an ideal depth that is evenly distributed to ensure a beautiful lush lawn.
Drainage & Erosion
Drainage and erosion can be destructive to your property. Uncontrolled water run-off slowly penetrates foundations and erodes soil and landscaping. Depending on your property needs, we’ll engineer and install necessary landscape grading, drainage lines, or catch basins to effectively manage run-off water.
ACCENT LIGHTING
Accent lighting ensures your outside living areas look beautiful in the evening as well as in the daylight. Lighting allows you to enjoy extended hours in the fresh air, take evening swims or just to relax with friends or family.
